NEAL’S REAL ESTATE JOURNEY
Neal can look back on property deals worth more than AED 2.5 billion that have already taken place in the UAE. He is the go-to person for anyone searching for local real estate expertise and innovation because of his expertise in upscale neighborhoods including Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay, The Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Hills, as well as his experience in both real estate sales and development.
In 2023, Neal started Magnum Central Real Estate with the goal of combining his many expertise and talents and offering a unique mix of sales, advising, and development capabilities to the city.
Background
In 2002, just as the first freehold projects ever took shape, Neal joined Emaar. He was instrumental in promoting downtown Dubai’s VIP Burj Khalifa debut as well as developments including Emirates Hills, Dubai Marina, The Greens, Arabian Ranches, and Downtown Dubai.
With Hamptons International, where he played a key role in building a successful sales team and putting forward-thinking rules and tactics into place, his real estate career in Dubai continued.
After working briefly for Colliers International and Provident Real Estate, Neal transitioned into commercial real estate with Better Homes.
Neal was chosen by Fine & Country to fill the position of Associate Director. He manages numerous VIP clients and has developed relationships with numerous family offices.
Neal co-founded Property Boutique in 2013, where he concentrated on restructuring and future-proofing UHNI assets and providing advice to real estate developers to help them innovate and improve their business practices.
